By accessing our website and using our remote technical support services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Service Scope
BPM Tech Solutions provides remote technical assistance for common computer issues, including but not limited to printer setup, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, email configuration, and device performance optimization. Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
2. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about your technical issue.
- Backing up your data before any remote support session begins.
- Remaining present at your computer during the entire remote session.
- Ensuring you have the legal right to authorize access to the device being serviced.
3. Payment Terms
Our service fees start at $199.99. Payment is required upon successful completion of the service. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. All charges will be disclosed to you before the technician begins work.
4. Liability Limitations
BPM Tech Solutions and its technicians shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss or hardware failure. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service session.
5. Service Availability
While we strive to provide timely assistance, we do not guarantee immediate availability of our technicians. Service availability may be affected by high demand, technical limitations, or other factors beyond our control.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The venue for any such arbitration shall be in the State of Texas.
